Olivia Czyzynski serves as an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness LLC specializing in the leasing and sales of office space both in the City of Chicago as well as the Northwest and Western suburbs. Prior to joining SVN, she was a commercial leasing and investment specialist with DK Realty Partners, a boutique firm located in Schaumburg, IL. Olivia has been a licensed salesperson since 2006 and has focused on representing tenants and owners in both the sales and leasing of office, warehouse and retail space. She has vast experience marketing properties that have ranged from 10,000 sq. ft. to 80,000 sq. ft. and has closed transactions which have ranged from 1,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft. Olivia graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Business Management and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and is also fluent in Polish. She spends her free time fundraising and running marathons with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, riding her Harley and traveling.

Before joining Sperry Van Ness, Kevin Baran was a Senior Associate at a Chicago boutique real estate company where he was a landlord representative for over 600,000 square feet of downtown office space. During his tenure he brought several buildings from below 70% leased to above 90%. He subsequently assisted in the marketing and sale of three of the buildings, which brought above market prices. He also has experience with industrial leasing and property management. Prior to working in commercial real estate, he was a project manager in Architectural Woodworking where he coordinated the manufacture and installation of commercial and high end residential millwork projects. Kevin graduated from Northern Illinois University and resides in suburban Carol Stream with his wife and two children.

Amy Kelly serves as an Associate Advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale and leasing of office, retail, and industrial property in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Amy is a new addition to the real estate community, earning her brokers license last year. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, she served as Front Office Manager for a Hilton resort in the greater Chicagoland area. Through her work there, the property ranking was raised to the top ten percent of Hiltons worldwide. Her years of experience in the hospitality industry furthered her passion for working with people, mediating, and problem-solving. Amy studied pre-med at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Il. Throughout her life, she has lived in multiple areas, including Hawaii, Vancouver, and North Dakota but has always loved Chicago. She has lived in various suburbs from Gurnee to Lake Zurich, and now resides in Mount Prospect, a few miles northwest of Chicago.
